Beat them with facts. <br><br>Learn facts.<br><br>And also beat them at their own game.<br><br>Foolish and incompetent right wingers like to pretend that they have some sort of "original" or "strict" view of what the Constitution says. They are spitting in the wind. They like Hamilton and Locke. They can't stomach the _real_ guys. The actual guy who wrote the Constitution, the "Penman of the Constitution" was Gouvernor Morris. They'll <i>never</i> mention how he sees language. Other writers who right wingers (who pretend to be authentic) will avoid like the plague includes the #1, the "Oracle of the American Republic," Charles de Secondat, Baron of Montesquieu.<br><br>Beat them with facts, though.
